Scotty’s 3D Crafts – Terms & Conditions  (Effective November 2025)

1. General  

Scotty’s 3D Crafts (hereinafter “we,” “us,” or “Scotty’s”) is a veteran-owned small business that designs, 3D prints, finishes, and ships custom resin-printed items, primarily Navy Chief, military, and personal keepsakes. By placing an order you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Ordering & Payment  

- All orders are considered “custom made-to-order” unless explicitly listed as in-stock.  

- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. The remaining balance is due before shipping.  

- Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Navy Federal transfers, or cash (local pickup only).  

- Prices quoted are valid for 14 days from the date of the quote.

3. Production Time  

- Standard turnaround is 7–14 business days from the date final payment and all required photos/references are received.  

- Rush orders (under 7 days) may incur a 25–50% rush fee and are accepted only if current workload permits.  

- We will provide weekly progress updates once production begins.

4. Design Approval  

- For fully custom figures, a digital proof or in-progress photo will be sent for your approval before final curing/painting.  

- You have 48 hours to request changes. After 48 hours with no response, the piece will be completed as shown.

5. Cancellations & Refunds  

- Deposits are non-refundable once modeling or printing has begun.  

- If canceled before any work has started, deposit minus a $25 admin fee will be refunded.  

- Completed items are non-refundable.

6. Shipping & Delivery  

- Domestic shipping via UPS, USPS, or FEDX with tracking and insurance is an estimated price until final completion of product is weighed.  

- International/FPO/APO shipping will be calculated at time of order.  

- We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs fees, or lost packages once proof of shipment is provided.  

- Local San Diego pickup is always free.

7. Intellectual Property & Likeness  

- By submitting photographs or requesting a likeness, you confirm you have the right to use that likeness.  

- Scotty’s 3D Crafts retains the right to photograph finished work and use images for marketing/portfolio purposes (faces may be blurred upon request).

8. Quality & Repairs  

- Every piece is hand-finished and inspected before shipping. Minor surface imperfections are normal with resin printing and hand painting.  

- If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, notify us with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will repair or replace at no cost.  

- Normal wear and tear, dropping, or customer modification voids any repair obligation.

9. Limitation of Liability  

- Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the item.  

- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to Terms  

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time your deposit is placed applies to your order.
