Privacy Policy (Effective 1 December 2025)
We respect your privacy and treat your information the way we want ours treated: locked up tighter than the Chief’s Mess safe.
- What We Collect
- Name, shipping address, email, and phone number (so we can deliver your order and send tracking).
- Payment information (processed through PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or Navy Federal). We never see or store your full credit card or bank details.
- Photos/references you send for custom likenesses, tattoos, rate insignia, or command logos.
- Facebook Messenger or email conversations related to your order.
2. How We Use It
- To build, paint, and ship your custom piece exactly the way you want it.
- To send order updates, proof photos, and tracking numbers.
- To post finished work (with pride) on our public Facebook page or website for marketing — faces are blurred or cropped upon request and always before posting if it’s a surprise gift.
3. What We Do NOT Do
- We never sell, rent, trade, or give away your personal information to third parties (except as required by law).
- We don’t spam you. After your order is delivered you’ll only hear from us if you message first or if we’re running a rare restock/announcement (you can opt out anytime).
- We don’t add you to mailing lists without permission.
4. How We Store & Protect It
- Order details and photos are kept in a password-protected Google Drive folder accessible only the owners.
- Conversations stay inside Facebook Messenger or Gmail — both 2-factor secured.
- Once your figure ships, we keep the files for 12 months in case you want a duplicate later, then permanently delete the photos and personal data unless you ask us to keep them.
5. Your Rights
- Want everything deleted early? Just message us — we’ll wipe your files the same day.
- Want your face blurred or the finished photos removed from social media? Say the word and it’s gone within 24 hours.
6. Children
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you’re ordering for your kid’s birthday, the contract and payment must come from an adult.
7. Changes to This Policy
If we ever change anything significant, we’ll notify current order customers by email and post the new version on our Facebook page.
